I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.
Over 14 months have gone by since I first paid and I still don’t have what was promised.
And despite many requests no-one would address my concerns.
I advise anyone thinking of dealing with this firm to be very careful and to make sure they don’t have access to your banking or domain details.
I would give MLK a negative rating but 1 Star is the minimum allowed.

UPDATE
MLK took myself and a couple of other ex-clients to VCAT to attempt to get an injunction to get us to remove our negative reviews and refrain from saying anything. They were totally unsuccessful and lost the case.

Disgusted by the way I have been treated by this company. They were amazing when I signed up, but after a change of staff, my emails are now ignored, calls never returned. When I do get a response, the work promised is never done on time and not at all unless I hound them for it. When attempting to cancel the service and move on, my site has been held hostage even when fully paid for. Not to mention that sales through my online store dried up completely after they launched my new site and have not recovered. My etsy store now sells more than my real site. Feeling heartbroken

MLK appear to be more responsive these days. Their overnight tech support people were always good.

Michael was a pleasure to deal with and made the process far less stressful with open, clear communication.

We have been using this company for over 5 years and we can say great service we highly recommend.

They are always available for us and get the job done.
