Great service, super knowledgable, friendly and responsive. The advice and recommendations were well thought out and honest. Based on my experience over the last five years with MLN Richmond, I recommend very highly.

No customer service
I bought a Venom BlackBook Zero from West Melbourne MLM which has had Zero good points and has been heaps of trouble and a poor performer from the word go - slower than the old laptop it replaced, yet in theory, much better on specifications..
I am in Brisbane so have called numerous times and as I read with interest the other one star reviews, found I have experienced many of the poor service points raised by others.

Don't use these guys, they don't even respect your privacy.

Sends spam emails to info@ email addresses that were never subscribed.

Have unsubscribed countless of times but whatever scraping software they use is evidently just picking us up again.

Couldn't recommend these guys more. Dealt with two really nice and super helpful guys today, who were really great in helping me pick out a new modem/router for myself. Really friendly, patient, helpful and approachable guys and a stand out buying experience for me. Pricing seems to be pretty competative too. Im not a local, but not too far away (st kilda) but will definitely come back to support these guys when I need anything else PC related.

Please read all the reviews they have before you place your problems/expensive equipment in their hands.

Do not trust MLN. They placed a wrong cheaper part onmy computer and stated they checked all the ports and didnt need to fix any as they were working fine. LIED

I had another technition check the computer and he stated the port in question was not regognised and could not possibly have been working when they stated it was.

They had no answer when blatently cought out on their lies and failed service
