Awesome. Can't recommend enough. Sam gets you working hard and is great fun to work out with. He knows what he's talking about, motivates you, and keeps it fresh. Great for boxing lessons or any kind of personal training, though we sometimes do kickboxing as well. You rock Sam!
MMA, Boxing, Kick-Boxing, Grappling. You name it and Sam can train it. Sam's experience and expertise has definitely taken my fighting skills to the next level. Not many personal trainers can say they have been there done that (and still doing it) when it comes to the fighting arts but Sam can. That's why I have been training with him for the last 2 years twice a week. I would definitely recommend Sam's MMA personal training if you want to improve your speed, stamina, flexibility, strength and technical fighting ability.
I have done personal training for years with trainers all over the world and I can honestly say no trainer besides Sam at MMA Personal Training can give you an amazing workout that is fun and interesting, and more importantly WORKS! With Sam I can box, kickbox, do weights, strength work, sprints, circuit training-you name it. And, because he is a fighter and MMA athlete himself, he really knows what he is doing and is an excellent teacher, especially with boxing. I'm now toned, fit, and strong.
