Right from the get go I knew this was going to be hard work with MMS Stone
I sent in an online request, no answer. I then called the store and was told Robin would call me back, 4 days later still no call so I called again, no call back after 4 more days. I was then told by Kaye to send in the dimensions for what I needed and would receive a quote.....over a week later I emailed asking where the quote was. 4 days later the email was answered by Kaye with "after due consideration and consultation we are unable to help you with you enquiry" no explanation as to why and they do the projects I require. In my honest opinion, I would stay well clear of this company, there is no customer service but a waste of your time.
