Moama On Murray Resort

This resort has come up in leaps and bounds, it has about 80 villas now, green lush laws, and best of all kick ass rates in winter. Check out their website they put these really good deals, like get 1 free night, or one at $99p/n for 2 adults, 2 kids and free canoe hire, the river is quiet and relaxing at this time of year. I highly recommend them for families, or couples looking for a place to chill out, go for a bush walk, or enjoy some on-site site fishing, they are on the Murray River banks, so its literally 1 minute walk to rivers edge. By the way, someone should tell them this listing address is wrong, youre better off to search Google maps instead.

The resort is very new so don't expect lush expanses of grass this will come with time. We stayed in a 3 bedroom bushland villa, it was extremely well v spacious, equiped with full kitchen, all linen provided. Service is excellent, our microwave was broken and they replaced it with a new one in 15 minutes! The have just built a new pool which is lagoon style and suits all ages - in true restort style they provide pool towels that you drop off on your way out. There are lots of villas and they are still building so you could expect the pool to be standing room only on a hot summers day. Great if you are into boating, there is a ramp and space in the carport to park the boat. BMX bike track for older kids and flat track for younger kids to ride around on with supervision. Will definitely be back - blows equivalent priced caravan cabins or delux cabins in the area out of the water!
