When I decided to buy with Mobicity, I did so because of the reviews I had read online. Still, it was an awful experience and I would recommend anyone to steer clear from them, or at least use all the precautions possible. In brief: February 3rd I order a Nokia Lumia 1020 which I have to take overseas with me in 15 days, as a present. The item is in stock and I also pay for express shipping, in order to ensure a quick delivery. I even double check with an online operator (through tehir chat) what the processing times are and I get told the usual X days to process the order, X days to fulfil it and X days to deliver it. So I'm basically confident that in roughly a week I'll get the phone (paid through Paypal with credit card). Despite receiving a prompt update the day after placing the order, stating that my order was "received", the payment "verified" and the status "waiting for Fulfilment A", I then receive nothing else for 5 business days. Worse to deal with ever.

Ordered an instock ready to ship item . checked its status, claims will ship within 1-2 days, and if verified etc could go out before 11am same day.

Its now 6 days later, item has not shipped, no status update on when it will ship. I am going away in 2 days until after the christmas break and this is my sons gift.



Now I am informed that they DO NOT have a warehouse in Australia at all, just a phone office in QLD. All orders ship from overseas.



I have had better and faster service off aliexpress than this. Not to mention pricing.

Australian Company I don't think so!

Support it in future NO WAY!
