This company is completely unethical. The mechanic can out to Re-gas our air con. He mentioned that we should change 2 valves as a precaution and put in green testing dye as if we were to need any work done in the future. We are about to have a baby and are down to 1 income, so I asked him if it was required for it to work now or was it precautionary for the future. He said it’s is only precautionary for the future so as we need to be mindful of our finances atm I declined.
The air con did not work at all after he left, so my Husband called and spoke to Martina who said the mechanic has said that we needed to change the valves and add the dye, that it was required not that it was a precaution.
