Absolutely disgraceful service. Paid for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection and just got a bunch of photos that were so small you couldn't make out what they were meant to be identifying.
majority of the form had not been completed, i.e. vehicle registration, location, vehicle type etc.
tried to contact the person who completed the inspection to clarify details, person would not answer direct questions. beware, if you're after a quality service, you wont find it here.
Complete rip-off! Came out to help my partner who was stranded with his vehicle at the Sydney Airport as it did not start anymore. He looked at the vehicle, checked a few things, then suggested to get an Uber to get some more petrol from the nearest petrol station as that should fix the problem and then left. Of course that did not fix the problem. Took $20 in advance over the phone and another $120 right when he got to the airport from my partner in cash. When I called to understand if there would be a second service for free (as they haven’t found anything) he said he’d call me back, which he didn’t. Very unfriendly, unreliable and disappointing. Would not recommend their service to anyone.
Absolutely the worst service ever.
I made an appointment with this company to meet with them the day before and they sent me a text with a later time and that they were coming.
Then they didn't show up despite me calling and texting them. Also their 1800 number said it had been disconnected. I wouldn't have minded too much if they had told me they were not coming but they didn't and I waited the full 2hours before booking someone else's. Avoid at all costs.
