Mobile Paradise

First time to Sydney. Ran into this mobile paradise place to buy a pre paid 15 GB data /phone SIM card for $10. The owner told me it will take a few hours before it can fully function. I waited for 20 hours and still not work. I went back and ask the wife who was very impatient and had an attitude. She spoke Cantonese to me and told me to “calm down” when I was asking her how to fix the connection problem. She denied lying about the number of hours it would take before the card can be fully functional. She knew I was leaving Sydney soon and could not wait for an extra day to use the 15 GB in 3 days. She denied knowing anything about my phone when I was asking her how to proceed with the error messages of the prepaid SIM card. she did not want to tell me when her husband would return to the store and said he would come very late. Both management like to over-charge people. I bought a phone outright from them recently, and returned it 5 minutes later because it was faulty. The management said they were only willing to give me a refund, on the condition they keep 10% of the original purchase price as a "service fee". An absolute joke.

Ok. So it looks a bit dodge, but they really do give you good deals. The range of phones aren't bad either. Just make sure you check what you are signing.
