They are terrible. I recently have my iPhone 4's screen fixed here only to find when I got home that the staff who put the new screen on had broken the sensor!! I went there the next day to complain and they would not do a thing. Today I was smoothing out a screen protecter and the screen simply cracked under the slight pressure.
Hi Josh, I would like to start by explaining to you that it is not possible to damage the sensor(proximity sensor I believe you are referring to) whilst replacing the screen. In terms of the screen simply cracking whilst you are installing a screen protector, you must be superman strong. I have replaced 10's of thousands of iPhone screens and are yet to experience a screen break whilst installing a screen protector! Please do not leave a negative review without fully analyzing the cause of the sensor malfunction, reason for the screen breaking without first consulting with another repairer. Our repairs have always been solid and are in most cases performed in front of the customer. All concerns are rectified on the spot immediately and proactively. We hope this will provide some guidance for others looking to have a quality repair performed on their smart phones.
