I was a guest at a wedding on the Gold Coast where Moby Disc was hired to be the DJ. Not only did we catch the DJ falling asleep during the speeches, but they also played the wrong song when my mate and his wife did their first dance.



Avoid.

Sorry - But I could not recommend this business to anyone and neither could anyone that attended my 40th birthday party on the 1st of October. The DJ which was sent to me was absolutely terrible. There were 10 second pauses between every track, two of the three discmans (Yes! Discmans!) supplied did not work and the DJ did not even know how to set up their equipment when they arrived. I made numerous phone calls to verify I would receive a professional and experienced DJ for my special event and was made to feel terrible for insinuating that their DJ would be anything less than fantastic. Honestly, I would have been better to hire the speakers as the DJ mostly played the songs I had set up as a playlist on my Mac! They have zero product knowledge and was not at all organised even after having my song preferences emailed through 5 days prior.
