Mocha Bella Cafe

Possibly the rudest customer service. Old bat and a younger lady roll their eyes at you and are extremely in approachable. Terrible coffee, overpriced food and not to forget the 85c card surcharge that doesn't come up on the EFTPOS machine. I'd like to see a new business there that appreciates customers and can make a nice cup of coffee. Such a waste of a perfect spot for a good coffee shop. Hasn't changed in 6 years, I come in once every few years to see how it's going and sadly always feel mad about actually spending money there.

Would give negative stars if possible. Can't believe this place is still open. Very rude owner!! Worst I've dealt with. Appalling attitude towards customers who keep her overpriced business operating lol. Really needs to fix the quality and the prices are terrible. Haven't ever enjoyed the place and am absolutely boycotting from now on

I've gone to this cafe a few times as i work close but wont be anymore. Owner has always been rude and needs to learn a few things about working in hospitality.

Appalling!!! Disgusted in the way my mother was told to be "put on a leash" after her and my sister in law was were verbally attacked infront of my 3 nephews ages 8, 2 and 8 months old, by the owner of this cafe!! She was rude from the beginning n was obviously agitated by the small amount of mess my young nephews were making (kids).... she then decided to clean the table inbetween them all n then when my mum said something the owner decided to take It upon herspef to abuse them!!! This is disgusting behaviour from a "business owner" that says Mocha bella is "child friendly". What a joke!!!

Overpriced and stale/old food. Very disappointed. Have been back several time since and each time I had the same experience. Coffee was average.
