We use and recommend Keune haircare and colours, Argan Oil and Macadamia oil Haircare, as well as Keune Smoothing Therapy Treatment. The owner Charmaine Miles has been in the hair and beauty industry for 30 years. We have won the Business Achiever Award three years in a row, and have received a High Recommendation for the Australian Achiever Award, for excellence in customer service, three years in a row.Our main aim is to provide the best possible service using quality products at an extremely affordable price. I recently moved to the area a year ago and have attended this salon several times. Very happy with the result of my colour (dark overall semi). Also referred a friends daughter here to have her hair lightened. She was also happy with the result. The owner and daughter are friendly with very reasonable prices. Will continue going here.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! They are unprofessional and unreliable and I am extremely disappointed! I had a hair and makeup trial for my wedding and made a booking for my wedding day. 3 weeks before my wedding when I was away because of the long weekend I received a text message cancelling my appointment. When we asked why and told them that we still wanted the appointment the response was that they had removed my appointment because they had someone else wanting that time. Maybe that new booking would give them more money, I don't know! But to cancel mine to make room for someone else and to send me a text to let me know is unacceptable! It is now almost 2 weeks until my wedding and I've got no one to do my hair. I wasted my time and money on these people and I'm now forced to find a new place, make time and pay for a new trial as well as organising all the last details leading up to the wedding ...read more
This customer was extremely unreasonable and indecisive. Made us run late for our other clients. We asked her to confirm her booking, and notified her that if she didn't confirm the booking within two weeks from her hair trial that her booking would be cancelled as is our policy. She ignored our requests for confirmation. On the day of her hair trial she informed us that she was going to other salons for trials as she wasn't sure what she wanted. She also wanted her makeup to look like one of our posters, that was obviously photo shopped, which is impossible, we explained that we could not achieve that look, as it was impossible to make anyone look like that, and it was after all a poster. She was rude to our other clients that were waiting to have their hair done.We have been in business for 25yrs and have never had such an unreasonable client and endure such abuse.

I don't agree with anything you're saying. This salon is extremely professional and helpful. They have never caused any problems and have always provided the best services possible. I've been a client for many years and have always found them to be professional and obliging.
I was the customer kept waiting for more than half an hour by the unreasonable and demanding Rebecka. The staff were professional and tried their best. I will definitely go back to Modastique.
