Being able to park for a whole day for $2 plus a bus ticket is fantastic and should be applauded - and Ii've never found it full as it's quite a decent size. Machine works fine, and the 2 exit lanes are plenty even in the busiest of times.
My one issue here, however, is an experience that unsettled me not so long ago. As I pulled into a park I noticed a car oddly parked nearby - and then noticed it had considerable damage to it. Windows smashed in, dented etc. Glass on the ground there showed me the damage had been done at that location.
Upon leaving I pressed the button for customer service to let them know and their level of interest was...well, non-existent.
