Since posting my comments 11 months ago, we have encountered a huge problem since 29th July 2010, we have been unable to contact Mode 66.
As a result we have had to bring in a new IT company, as we had no access to our exchange server, which meant no email, no internet, nothing.
So if Mode 66 ever surfaces we would like to have all our files, data, log in, passwords etc.
We receive great service from this company for all our IT needs. Nothing is too much bother. I even now understand alot of the technical jargon because it is always explained to me in an easy to understand manner.
Craig is a credit to his business & the industry in general. Recommend Mode66 to any other epople I know that are looking for IT service at the right price & with the right level of knowledge.
We used Craig purely by chance and found him on True Local. We have not met, heard of, or used him before.
We were impressed to say the least... his speed, honest approach and professional attitude I found was refreshing, plus he fixed everything and our computers appear working the best they have for sometime...
