I had shutters installed in my children's bedrooms less than 2 years ago. The remote which opens and closes the shutters has now stopped working, and I have to purchase another one for over $200! This is because they do not sell the battery separately, you have to repurchase the entire remote. What choice do we have other than to purchase a new one. If I had known, I would have gone with anther company. On top of all of that, their customer service consultants are arrogant and rude. I do not recommend this company.
The customer service and professionalism was non existent. The salesman said it would be 2-3 weeks from paying the deposit then 2 days to complete. It took 3 months to even start and another month to finish. They never called me and seemed annoyed when I called to follow up, telling me that I just had to wait.
The contractors showed no respect to my property and by throwing things off the roof broke things in the yard, destroyed plants, left screws poking out ...read more
Bad customer service, bad after sale service. They never return your calls or emails!
first time have dealt with modern solar ...SERVICE EXCELLENT.....THEIR TRADESMEN THE BEST..RECOMMEND TO ANY THINKING OF INSTALLING TO CONTACT THEM. You will find them the perfect people to install your solar systems..2 weeks from time signing contract to complete install and connection to endeavour grid ....NO PROBLEM..Good luck to those that choose modern ...kris.R
