This review being a genuine thank you the Modern Group teams of scaffolders and gutter installers. As our home is built into the steep hillside the scaffolding was three stories in height at the front. Along the sides three stories down to ground level at the back. The installing team for all the gutters, downpipes, custom made collector boxs et cetera, plus the independent garage. Produced an excellent quality finished product to a very high standard. The expenditure was not cheap but was an investment preventing costly future water damage. I would not hesitate to recommend Modern Group and their very professional workforce teams. All the house guttering was supposed to be replaced including a short bit over the garage (the garage is a part of the original house). This piece of guttering was not replaced. Unfortunately, I didn't realise at time. Work was fast though.

I actually called about this on Thursday the 7th September and was told someone would get back to me the next day. They didn't.

I also had work on the roof done. The skylight was painted over. It's a skylight. It's supposed to let light in.

I've taken down the sign at the front. You think I'm going to publicly advertise your company?

What ever you do do NOT EVER GIVE YOUR NUMBER TO THIS COMPANY THEY WILL CONTINUE TO RING YOU FOR EVER UNWANTED CALLS VERY RUDE stay away they continuesly keep calling after telling them im not interested unbeleivable

Do not hand over you phone number to this company, they will add you to their cold call register for years. After many requests I have not been removed from this register and receive a call at least once a month. No i do no not want your rollershutters.



People doing the calls are also rude and not helpful to get your name removed.

Modern Solar should be ashamed of themselves. When we purchased out solar system from them we felt confident that while we were paying more, we would be happier in the long run with better quality and better service. The complete opposite is true.



We discovered that the salesman misinformed us about which inverter we would be getting, the quality of the product, how much power it would make, and that we would not have bills again. We have since discovered that for the tiny amount we save, it will take us 105 years to equal savings to our outlay.



When we complained to Modern Solar we were told that there was nothing they could do about it. Do not fall for their sales pitch!
