Where do l start! Have been a loyal customer for three years now, between Xmas new year went in for a manicure and pedicure. Haven’t done a pedicure for a while now as l dad a nail fungus wanted to fix that up first. Was a little embarrassed, but they were great about it. Anyway I feet were dry and not pretty l had on older lady which l believe to be managers mother she went to town on my feet! To a point that she scraped my side of heal to a point that she took half my heal off!! Didn’t realise until it started to heal and what pain! To a point l could hardly walk... look it was an accident but my gripe is that l go in today just for a manicure A’s foot still sore asked to speak to her to tell her what happened. What was the response l got nothing oh sorry never mind. Now really not even let me give u 10 percent off next visit nothing just some kind of apology recognition. Never going back as obviously loyalty is nothing and not apologetic at all
