Abysmal customer service.Very unprofessional manner each time I deal with them. Not wasting my time anymore - I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Modern Specs @ Carlingford: My appointment for eye check was at 4pm. 45minutes later I was still waiting until I finally gave up and left. Their time is valuable but customers time is NOT.

The staff at this store were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Once I ordered my glasses they said they would give me a call and text to tell me when my glasses were ready. I waited for 3 months and there was no call or text. When I turned up to the store they claimed that they texted me 2 months ago and since it was a while ago they could not find my glasses anymore. I had to wait another 2 hours in the store just to pick up a pair of glasses which I had already paid for.
