We hired Modii to change our book keeping from Myob to Xero and manage our book keeping. After 6 months the change was still not completed correctly. Looking more into there work we found to reconcile each month they had hidden transactions rather than investigate and correct to balance our books. When we discovered this we gave Modii 2 weeks to finalize the books so we can change book keeping services to another. Questions about transactions up to 4 months old from Modii. Terrible. Had to pay our new book keeper to fix everything. We contacted Modii about all problems afterwards and it would seem they dont care.
Terrible Modii. Very unhappy.
