We're the women running Perth!

Choose your days, locations and training program - mix it up and get great results! Try UNLIMITED group training with a choice of boxing, boot camps, yoga, Saturday super sessions and more all for $25 per week.

If you'd prefer a more personalised approach, I provide personalised programs that take you from being a beginner (or starting again) through to independent and able to take charge of your own training.

BUT just because I specialise in womenâ??s fitness, doesnâ??t mean I take it easy. Babes on the Run was started as an antidote to the â??womenâ??s programsâ?? available in the mass market that cost a lot but delivered nothing. I train my clients to be the best possible athlete they can be so I work with equipment used by athletes, military personnel and professional sports coaches.

Training with me provide opportunities to use equipment and participate in drills you may not normally have had exposure to â?? and this is where the fun begins!

Your training program will be designed around you â?? I make sure it is flexible, varied and challenging. Get the results you want with the support you need! There is no price difference for up to 4 people in a group. Families and partners are welcome too!

I've done a number of personal training sessions with Moira now. She makes sure she understands your goals, and works to them. She is responsive if you feel pain, etc during the class, but will push you if it is merely exercise discomfort, to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout. She is a lovely, positive person, too, and as an accomplished athlete, understands the body, muscles and correct movements and techniques. Highly recommended
