Poor service got the order wrong, food quality for two meals very ordinary. A why bother experience

My family met for brunch yesterday at Mojos. I ordered a side of mayonnaise to go with chips. The mayonnaise was off. I spoke with the staff member behind the counter who told me " I didn't have to eat it ". The staff member was actually quite rude and made no effort to remedy the situation. I will be exercising my choice and will not be going back. Shame mojos.

My experience at this cafe was just terrible, I'd give a negative star if I could. I took my mother there on mothers day and we decided to share a sandwich and get two coffees. When I orderd, I needed to repeat myself 3 times to the cashier. I ordered a "Toasted chicken, bacon and avocado club sandwich, which was $15.90. Anyways, when I got my order, the sandwich came on store bought white sliced bread, not toasted as the description said, and it only had stale chicken, bacon and 2 slices of avocado on it. The description said it contained lettuce, cheese, tomato, bbq sauce and a mustard mayo, and they didn't toast it because they charge a extra $1 to toast it, which is ridiculous. It was the grossest, most bland sandwich I've ever had. We mentioned this to the girl who served me, which she proceeded to say "sorry, I'll let the chef know", yet she never did, she just stood around. Terrible customer service - the eftpos machine was broken and the staff was just rude! The service was slow and the food was burnt and tasted like cardboard. Should have walked out when we had the chance! Go elsewhere.

Mojos Cafe has the best fruit toast that I have ever tasted :)
