Stephanie offers a down-to-earth and intuitive blend of therapeutic bodywork and psychotherapy. She holds a nurturing and loving space for her clients to gently transition from their minds and into their bodies. It is Steph's intention to facilitate release of physical and emotional tension caused by stress, blocked or stagnant energy and anything that no longer serves.

Authentically blending conventional psychology with more holistic modalities such as bodywork, psychosomatic therapy, kahuna massage, lomi lomi massage, yoga, and reiki, Steph is able to provide both practical and experiential guidance in a nurturing and gentle way. This invites clients to comfortably and safely connect within, to step more fully and confidently into themselves on their Soul Journey. Steph is passionate about Soulwork, knowing intimately how transformative it can be.

Steph has experience working as a Rural Psychologist in western Queensland, specialising in Child, Youth, and Family therapy.
