Found this company on Google and it has been the biggest disappointment! Arranged for them to come to clean a rental property for end of lease. After 4 hours I returned to the property and the house looked like nothing had been done, the floor hadn't been swept, mopped, the cupboards hadn't been cleaned, the toilets and sinks were filthy. They said they steam cleaned the carpet but I don't believe it was done as you couldn't see the lines and the stains were still visible. I called the boss who said he himself would come out at 4pm to redo all the cleaning. At 4.30 I called him as he still wasn't at the property, he said he had forgotten to call me and would be there at 5pm which I found very unreliable. At 5pm the original cleaner came back to the property, after I rang the manager again we agreed that no payment should be made as no cleaning was done overall waste of time!

This was the first time i see a carpet cleaning service that gives a fixed price,really liked it and of course it was a professional work so many thanks momo cleaning
