I made the transition from bronde to plum and I was very nervous about it. The colour that came out was a nice deep purple, and at first I thought "wow that is a massive change!" I was getting used to it but the stylist gave me a whole bottle conditioner to help tone it down to a plum so I've used that once and the colour is perfect. I have got so many comments about my new hair, everyone says it was a great choice. I am very pleased with Plein Di Vie, they always does fantastic job!!
Extremely disappointed with the service given to my mother today. We have been loyal customers to Momo's for several years and my mother has had her hair permed a number of times at the salon with no issues. Today, she arrived for an appointment to have her hair permed again and after having her hair washed was told that her hair was too dry and damaged so it wouldn't look nice. Fair enough if they had told her upfront before washing her hair or at least offered an alternative service to treat the damage, but instead her stylist was very rude and arrogant and embarrassed my mother in front of everyone there by causing a scene. She ended up leaving the salon and went somewhere else that was happy to offer her good service. We will no longer be going there.
Hi, I am so sorry and disappointed by this review and that your mother felt she had a bad experience in my salon. As the owner, myself and my staff pride ourselves in doing the very best to provide a service where the health and the integrity of the client's hair is not comprised.
After washing your mother's hair and also having another senior stylist come over to consult and feel the condition of her hair, we strongly felt that the result she wanted would not have been achieved. I was more than happy to offer her another service, but unfortunately, your mother just wanted her hair dried off and to leave the salon immediately.
I'm sorry your mother felt embarrassed, it was never my intention to make her feel like that. Can you please pass this message on to her, or if she would like call me on 9300 2625 to discuss this further, she can.

I used to go there every 2 months but last service was very upsetting!i know i hv short hair nothing much u can do just ask trim n bit style but the person who did my hair looks like having a bad day or something no smile and not interesting for cutting myhair or i dont know whats in her mind but still i want good service doesnt matter how bad day u hv been thru it wont hurt! Think i will consider it to go there next time
I went recently to get a semi done and mentioned I didn't want to be extremely dark I just wanted my colour touched up I walked out feeling like a witch with BLACK hair no joke not to mention I paid a lot more then what I should of considering I wasn't happy with my colour I had my hair washed with in 2 mins no head message and wasn't washed properly I had to wash it AGain when I got home because I still had colour at the back of my neck on my hair line so I wasted my money paying for a blow dry I had to wash straight away and customer service was poor and felt really rushed they truly only care about getting u in there chair making money off u and then rushing u out the door was not a pleasant experience at all
