Monash Doctors Surgery

Went there few months ago, the dr was s o rude, she was impatient to listen to me .. and didnt even bother to look at me ... so rude .. try to avoid her .. Dr. Tyxxxx

My Family have been coming here for a number of years. Our main Dr is Dr Lucarelli. with our three children I have been to see Dr Crockart and my children love her, Dr Crockart is very good with them. I would recommend them to all..

The reception staff,don't know how to communicate with patient n never informed us if doctors not coming n swapping over other doc patients n I have to wait 45 mins rather then rescheduling to those patients or arranged something else,I have an appointment at 9:30 n I have to wait 45 mins coz another doc didn't come n they swap other patients in my schedule time n I have to wait,reception staff they donno how to arrange bet scheduled patients wid others,,y do I have to wait,I will never refer to this Monash surgery,,

worst service ever. Doctor was just in a hurry to get us out of there. Didn't even listen to our problem.

Have always been received well staff work well try there best.

Dr Heather Crockart is the best!

Its good to go to a Family practice with people that understand real people
