Get a bathroom mirror from Monash Glass on this March. And find silver layer drops off in the back after half year. They only offer warranty as far as manufacturing defects, but they don’t reckon silver layer dropping is a kind of manufacturing defects. So be careful with the product from Monash Glass, you won’t have any warranty of the mirror after you pay the money.
This customer apparently dealt with one of our customers directly, not Monash Glass itself. We have reached out to our customer and he has advised us that any issues they were having in relation to this mirror have been resolved so this review is completely unwarranted and greatly dissapointing.
I was recommended by a friend to go to Monash Glass for replacement glass for the side of my front door - I can't begin to tell you how helpful they were going through all the options for safety glass and even giving me advice on how to install it (I didn't take this option but they did put me onto a glazing man when I called them a few datys later). Staff are all friendly and helpful and I couldn't believe it when they phoned me in less than 24 hours to say my glass was ready. I will use them again infuture.
