Monash University School Of Music-Conservatorium

Had a concert in the music auditorium recently. Not a large auditorium but good sound, equipped with a grand piano, good sized stage and audiences get good view from their seats.

Was wonderful to recently have use of the Robert Blackwood Auditorium/Concert Hall for an end of year concert. I know many parents thought the venue was perfectly suited, and the pipe organ is absolutely beautiful!! The seating is comfortable, and the hall has great viewing of stage from both the lower and upper levels. Plenty of carparking in the University Car Park and very easy to access from many parts of Melbourne being so close to the Highway. I particularly thought the ramps to the side of the auditorium leading to the stage made it so easy to move the children onto the stage. I would recommend this hall for all music productions, especially involving children. Sound and lighting was great too.
