Hi, I've been a qualified practitioner for the last ten years and offer specific,tailored advice to treat a broad range of health conditions. I'm a naturopath and herbalist and love my job ! I treat all skin, respiratory, digestive and nervous system complaints, but have a strong interest in women's reproductive conditions such as: menopause, endometriosis, premenstrual tension, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. I also focus on autoimmune diseases, such as hypothyroidism.

I'm dedicated to helping my clients understand their health concerns. I take a thorough case history; provide a comprehensive assessment, and a detailed treatment plan. Growing up in a family of physicians has instilled a passion for researching scientific evidence, which I incorporate into treatment strategies that complement traditional natural medicine. I really care about your health outcomes.

In addition, the experience of being a mother of three young children, and treating young clients, has given me many years of dealing with children's dietary needs and allergies.

I'm a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association,
