Excellent food and pleasant service, well priced for what you get. Can be too rushed, in & out in less than an hour which is OK if it is pre or post movies but not if you want a restaurant evening,

A fellow Local Star and myself went here for dinner on a Wednesday night and it was a good experience overall. The service was very good and the food was tasty and quick to arrive at our tables. The Curry Laksa and the Hot Plate Tofu were great options to go with some delicious coconut rice! Highly recommend both dishes!

Definately make your way there before a movie at Rivoli Cinemas, it's directly across from it! Perfect!

Booking on a weekend is almost essential as constantly busy.
Service is friendly and fast - we had ordered and eaten within an hour.
I recommend the lamb curry. Some of the most tender lamb I've had!

This is one of my favourites, great menu and fast, service of tasty, freshly cooked dishes .

Try the BBQ King Prawns - dipped in mayo and nuts and deep fried and have it with Nassi Goreng. Generous serves that you can share.

Conveniently situated in the lane opposite The Rivoli Cinema with plenty of parking.

This is one of my favourite places to eat in Melbourne. The laksas here are delish, as is everything else on the menu. But when I think of Monk and Me, I think of their fabulously steaming hot laksas. The staff are super friendly and there's always a good crowd.
