Super bad service, our agent wasn't happy about the cleaning job they did on the carpet. I called them back see if them can come back and do it again, as soon as I told them about redo it. Straightaway he said it is not doable, they had done twice, it's not their problem. He answered me so quick, even "BEFORE" I told them which address ????
I've read many bad reviews but to be honest they were super cheap compared to the other agencies.
So what we did was STAY AT OUR PLACE THROUGHOUT their cleaning process and supervised them. They had no choice but to do a good job, and redo certain areas, before we handed the cash.
So that's my advise if you want to use them, stay and watch that 1 whole hour if you can.
DO NOT USE...EVER! Don't even deserve 1/4 of a star!!
This is the worst service I've ever used. They have a so-called bond guarantee, yet our agents refused to give us ours back as the cleaning was not up to professional standards and the cleaners refused to go back and correct it resulting in us having to pay another firm!
No matter what - DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE (unless you have money to waste)

Contractors refused to pick up customer calls deliberately and asked us stop calling him, which is rediculous.
What their staff provided is only basic cleaning, definitely not the kind you expect a professional cleaning company will do.
Think twice when you decide to use their service!
