Montezuma's

Unfortunately I will have to downgrade my previous review of this restaurant. All of the usual staff seem to have gone and the place is full of new people, not that there is anything wrong with new staff but it's just not the same as before. We didn't feel the food was as good and the floor was so greasy we had to be careful not to slip over on the way too the table. We have always come here for years and drive about 30-40 mins to get here even though there are two closer montezumas to where we live... I don't think we will be back.

The food was very average here at Montezuma's. I would prefer to go to any other Mexican restaurant. Went once and haven't been again.

Consistently good, friendly staff and always able to get a table regardless of how busy they are. Montezuma delight would have to be my favorite dish. Try the mole poblano with fruit in it if you like something a bit different.

After eating at most of the Montezumas in Brisbane for over 15 years I can say this is the best one. It's definately a lot cleaner than all the others I've been to, and the food was actually edible for once. Considering the rapidly decreasing quality of the Montezumas chain's food, it was a pleasant suprise to have really tasty food at one of their restaraunts. The staff were very friendly and funny and our meals arrived quickly. One of my new favourite restaraunts for sure!
