Built a Carolina recently with Montgomery Homes.
We were warmly approached and had an excellent experience at their display home.
We needed quite some time to go over everything, and felt they offered us some excellent options- I thought the pricing was a bit expensisve, but after some research they explained things in a way which made me very comfortable with my decision.
I also looked at Tullipan homes, and they really didn't have the right knowledge in comparison to MH. Still, always good to speak with the market.
In short, thank you Tom in the sales team (really made me happy) and Darren in the construction team (you built a lovely home).

Very disappointing service after first payment made - nothing but hassles! Rude, unhelpful site supervisor and staff. Inferior materials used -we were told within normal variations of the product. Doesn't explain how they kept changing the design after plans approved in the local council and they expected us to just accept it. Wouldn't recommend under any circumstances
They promise you the world but under deliver badly. I built a house with them and everywhere i looks i just see faults.
Walls are out of square, the concrete slab isn't level with a 60mm differance in hight within one room. I can see exposed electrical cables in my store room (which by law has to be covered) And plenty more defects to list but i can't attach my defect list.
To make things worse they set a 9 month build time and they still ran behind time and refuse to pay their late fee.
all i have to say is AVOID them at all cost.
I will never build with them again and stronly recommend that no one build with them either.
