We have been customers of Montmorency Pharmacy for over 30 years. During this time we have always been impressed by their high level of service. The staff are friendly and the pharmacists are very knowledgable and always willing to give advice and support. One of the best businesses in Were Stree, if not the best..

I have been to the pharmacy a few times as I am a local &frequent Were street often for my/family shopping as I believe in supporting the local traders. I must say TERRIBLE!! In the space of 8years I have been in there a few times for various things only to be looked down on by the pharmacist &felt like I was wasting her time.
On two seperate occasions I have asked for cold &flu tablets (noticeably having the flu) on both occasions (maybe two years apart) I have been made to feel like a junkie &have left empty handed. I understand that certain questions do need to be asked in regards to these medications for obvious reasons.. BUT on the second of these occasions I asked a older friend that I was meeting for coffee to go in & ask for the same... Surprise, surprise she was able to get them for me no questions asked with no flu like symptoms. I will never shop here again. My money is better spent else where. Somewhere that won't make me feel terrible about myself either.

Great service - lots of general pharmacy items. Also sells Met tickets of all descriptions. Friendly staff. Has recently been remodelled. Good location and access on Were St. (next to the supermarket). Good range baby items.
