Worked closely with me on plan and was great for advice during this process. Kevin has a great attention to detail when it comes to the quality of the work. It is a shame he is not on site more to prevent errors and ask the right questions before work is done based on decisions made from assumptions. In this day of mobile communications, there really is no excuse for not picking up the phone to check and it resulted in errors that required fixing and a short extension of the timeline. However, all in all, went well and to plan. As with most builders I have so far worked with on renovations and builds, admin and invoicing is not their strong point, either in terms of accuracy or timeliness. Not once did I feel they were ripping me off, there were just errors and some additions that had not been approved prior to work being done. In the greater scheme of the build these were relatively small, but it all contributes when trying to improve your dream home.
