This is no ordinary car wash. Monza car wash and detailing is owned by an amazing guy called Carlos and an amazing canteen/book keeper called Sharon. I am very fussy with my car and it is such a welcoming experience to get your car cleaned here. Expertly cleaned and preciously looked after. Can never fault their cleaning and detailing. There’s also a little surprise there, her name is Minnie. Absolutely love you guys. My car now stays immaculate.!!
Took my SUV for a wash today, after a wait of around 90 minutes went outside only to find my car still at the same spot and they haven't even started cleaning. Was then told to wait another 30 minutes and it will be ready
When I asked for a refund and did not want the car washed, was then told the manager is away and only he is authorized to give a refund.
For $50, horrible customer service. No prices displayed
Needless to say will definitely not be going back
Did a great job of my car, but have been told by several people that it is expensive. I paid $70 for the Mondo 4 (full clean inside & out) on a sedan. My sister has a 7-seater and pays less than that at the same place. There's no prices displays next to each package though, so you don't know what you're paying until you've handed your keys over and they've started washing.
