Moo Gourmet Burgers
Great burgersMoo Gourmet Burgers is the result of a tradition stretching back over 75 years.
Started by the grandson of the owner of Australia's first milk bar Moo Gourmet Burgers in Coogee harks back to simpler times, has reintroduced the humble milkshake and, of course they have delicious gourmet burgers.
Opened every day 11am-late. Check the website for more info.
Adam Gerondis’s grandfather opened Australia’s first milk bar in 1932 and the lineage shows. Moo Burgers at Coogee and Bondi Beach combine history and earty fare in retro outfits. Wash it all down with a Mooteaser – a milkshake made better by crushed Maltesers. ...read more

Burgers are always great when friends can’t decide what to eat! Besides the great burgers I love the chilled atmosphere and seating. You really feel relaxed and ready to demolish a burger! I would recommend their chicken schnitzel burger. Some of the burgers come out looking so full on and crazy!

Went here at the weekend and it was really busy manged to get a nice spot out the back away from the hordes of people. I order the Wagu burger and sweet potato fries. It was so yummy!! The brie had melted and went perfectly with the beef and sweet onion jam. the only downfall as that my beer wasn't 100% cold but apart from the that really enjoyed it. I do agree it is a little on the pricey side but nice to have as a treat every now and again.
The last time I went to Moo Burgers at Coogee Beach was for a dinner during a weekend. It was pretty crowded with families as well as young people, all seeking to satisfy their hunger with the always-good combination of burgers and chips.
The place has a very inviting charm to it, thanks to all the cow drawings created by the kids who visit the shop and posted on the walls. It makes the place so much more personal and ...read more
