They didn't want to sell me a glass because person on the phone asked me what did I need glass panel for. I told them and then Rude service person answered saying you should have NOT have told us what you wanted glass for, now we CANT sell it to you. Service is appalling very rude and not helpful at all. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to a professional
I called regarding a set of replacement glass they had manufactured to order. It was incorrectly cut, and when I mentioned the glass would need to be recut the Moorabbin Glass representative became rude and refused to deal with me, asking me to send my husband instead to speak to them.
