Bad experiences with "Dr Mazin" after 4.5 years with our beloved pet. We went to Mazin and noticed his dismissive nature to our concerns and rushing to finish. After 3 visits in two weeks and being very distressed the unexpected death of our pet occurred after Mazin reassured us he was fine, but clearly missdiagnosing him and not caring enough to the information and symptoms we described to him
By far the best vet in the area on price, quality of service, cleanliness, friendliness of all of the staff there and genuine care for the animals. Highly recommend Dr Mazen and his team.
I was quoted one price and then they changed the price on me once my kitten was already booked in for desexing. I think this is a terrible business with a horrible management staff who feels they can treat people like garbage. I was really disgusted with everything about this place

Even though my dog died i am happy he did all he could for her and even though i couldnt provide the money upfront he trusted me enough to complete the procedures needed for my dog with the option of paying fortnight repayments.
