Best customer service I have come across. They are the first car dealership that I have experienced, who have actually made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Moorooka Hyundai to anyone looking for a new Hyundai :)

Over priced and under serviced. These jokers would not fix a door handle under the 5 year warranty and said we were pulling on it...........?!

$600+ to change filters & fluids.....oh, but they did check the bulbs and the seat belts.

I bought my first car from this dealer and although my radiator tank cracked a short time after purchse (I have since found this is an issue with this type of car) I was pleased it was fixed quickly and with no hassels. They covered towing and repair as it was under warranty. While they were tinkering with the engine (which had overheated and blown a head gasket from the radiator issue) I had them replace the water pump and timing belt (at cost for parts), but free labour. This was something I was looking at doing later down the track, but had done for less cost now, which was great.

I also would like to add that I thought that the salesman at the time of purchase was very professional and had made the buying experience straightforward and painless.

My Hyundai has been serviced and maintained since purchasing. They have found and fixed issues that the used car yard filed to do. Most of this has been covered under warranty. Have given good maintenance plan to keep vehicle at its best
