i also had a bad time at this bike shop.
Went into the shop with 2 wheels ( already taken off the bike) to be fixed, one a wheel allignment and another with a bearing change. after no phone call and 5 weeks later the wheel bearings were not done and the wheel allignment that cost me $40 was an extremely poor job.
i had high hopes that i may have a bike shop to go to close to home but ill never be going there again.
Bad worksmanship bad customer service bad communication.
Recomendations......Anywhere else apart from here.

I had broken a spoke so as the shop is closest to home i went there to get it fixed. About 4 months before i had a bike serviced. It was ok. They told me my wheel needed to be rebuilt which i had no problems about. I was quoted 134. I thought that was cheap. No problem. It had to be rebuilt somewhere else no problem. ABOUT 5 DAYS. Ok. In about 2 hours i got a call it would be 184 because it was a 20 spoke wheel not 32. NO PROBLEM. 8 days later on saturday I went there to picked it up andit was not ready because the mechanic had gone on holiday. But on Monday it would definately be there definately. The following Friday i dropped in cash in hand. NOT READY having problems. Why no phone call ? I asked Because people dont answer their phone was the answer. Had my first tyre blowout... took my bike to the team and once again was thrilled with the level of quality care and attention to detail my bike got. I luv the way they will recommend me the various options, yu cant go past their advice.

Absolutely phenomenal service with a smile. Who would have thought that walking in to buy a bicycle tube could hwve progessed into buying a new bike!! Both mark and bigkev are an absolute gem to deal with. Its so hard nowadays to find a shop with professional service and passion, but believe me, this shop far exceeds my wildest expectations every time I walk through that 1970's doorway. 10/10

The service & advice from the team here is GREAT! They are fantastic, I can't rate them high enough... They always go over and beyond... You'd be mad to to go anywhere else. They couldn't sell me the bike I was after but told me where to get one. I was so impressed by their advice and service I get all my gear and bike serviced there.
