Mordialloc Medical Centre

I have found Dr Farah to be thorough, competent and great with my children. The receptionist staff are friendly and accommodating. The reviews left here are many years old and I wouldn't judge this practice by those outdated reviews.

Never in my life have I come across a medical centre with staff that so blatantly do not care about their clients. The receptionists are unbelievable! They refused to give me blood tests results, as the doctor had marked the need to see me. I made an appointment after hours (which I had to pay for in full), for the doctor to tell me my vit d and iron was low, and that i should get some supplements, and sent me home. Not only was this a gross underestimation of the story my results gave, but it was a complete waste of my time and money! The results had been ordered for my naturopath in the first place, who wasn't allowed access until the doctor had imparted such mind-blowing wisdom as "get some supplements".

The receptionists are incompetent, unhelpful, and rude. Every time I have had to contact them, they have thrown a spanner in my works to make things more difficult. I will never be going here again!

Was more than happy with the medical staff. The other staff has no customer service or care. Will find another.

What a terrible experience! They did not listen to me, spoke over the top of me and I did not achieve what I went there for! and had to pay for this complete waste of time!

After waiting an hour for an appointment, I finally was called in to have the doctor brush off any of my concerns/symptoms with merely a pat on the back so to speak. Whether they did this because she was running behind, I'm not sure! They lacked in duty of care and customer service. Its a real shame GPs are no longer 'family doctors', its a ticket service I'd expect from a supermarket deli. Very disappointed!
