Charged me for services which are provided for free by everyone else, Your mortgage broker will do your home owners grant , your concessions etc for free where as these people charge a 150 odd dollars for every such service.
Very discourteous when I went to speak to them and at the last day of the settlement, I had to fork out all the additional fees!
Will never go to them again and do not recommend to any one else!
Yes, they probably do because they charge a once of fee for the conveyancing, where as a mortgage broker has a trail which can make them many thousand for the life of the loan . Work for dollars a conveyancer makes a lot less money. But you don't know the industry or how it works. maybe you should before you attact and try to discredit a reputable company . Ps i don't work for them.
