Terrible customer service, average photos and faulty prints!!! Everything we have experienced has been bad. They claimed the package I got given didn't exist anymore, so I had to upgrade to the next one (which i did over the phone only to find out that they were still advertising it in the studio!!!). They claim that you get 20% discount if you order on the day...rubbish!!! The photos were average. Nice, but not extraordinary for us to spend money on the prints. We actually asked them to re-do family shoot as otherwise we wouldn't have chosen any. Waited 6 weeks to discover the prints were faulty. Now it has been a month since I returned them and they are not ready yet!!! I would not recommend using them. you can get nicer and cheaper photos elsewhere.

**BE CAREFUL** I called to organise photos, they said they couldn't discuss the packages over the phone so I the sales rep and I agreed to booked in the cheapest package and they said when I came in they would discuss the packages and once there I could change." We went, had our photos taken and then went to discuss packages and how the company works only to be told I couldn't change package, that I could get $180.00 worth of photos with a 8x10 costing $80 each. Ended up spending $700 for 8 photos. They do not offer CD's of the pictures and you have to ask for an email copy which they are hestitant to send. The staff's customer service is disgusting the only good thing about this company is the photo editing is lovely (but I'm sure there is plenty of other companies with better work ethics and principles that can offer the same) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely terrible!

The photos we received were completely out of focus. When we complained, the management angrily responded with "they'll look fine once they're on the wall". We were not able to view the other photos because they had deleted them all already.

Use your phone instead, the quality will be better.

A friend of ours bought us a gift certificate to celebrate the birth of our son . We decided to use it at the bondi junction branch of morespew .

We were greated by a staff with obviously no empathy towards Children whatsoever ! The shoot was horendous . Staff gave very very poor direction . You could tell staff didn't want to be there ! The only distraction tool for children was a ball !! One ball !! We just wanted out of there but hung on in there . Right at the end of the session staff whipped out bubbles and supposedly got a few good shots . At the end ! My child was very distressed by the end of it which is very unusual . Terrible place, rude, and 3-8 weeks to get a photo printed!!! You cant buy the digital version leaving you to pay an exorbitant amount for photos not in focus.

Don't use them huge disappointment.
