My husband and I discovered the fantastic service offered by Ken, Patricia and Michael when I fell in love with an engagement ring in the store window some three years ago now. There was no pressure to purchase at the time (much to my husbands delight) but we walked away with knowledge of diamonds and settings to make the most informed decision. As luck would have it my husband did buy that engagement ring and due to the level of service we received we went back to purchase the wedding bands and a year later my eternity ring. Each visit to Morgans results in my ring settings being checked and the rings cleaned whilst having a look around the store and a chat. My husband and I have not experienced such personal service at any other jeweller and keep returning to Morgans as a result.

Rare is it to find a business that truly takes care of its customers, while also being so adept at what they do. We have nothing but positive things to say about Morgans. Expect friendly, experienced, extremely knowledgeable and personal service far above and beyond those of the chain stores. Both visits (engagement + wedding ring purchases) have resulted in extras thrown in for free, even a bottle of champagne was given to us with kind wishes. I simply can't speak highly enough.

I just love this place - they always have something new and modern to dream about. They are very friendly, accommodation and trustworthy. I have bought several items from them and am completly satisfied with the item and the service.
