We have one foot in the world of fine chocolate and one in the world of specialty coffee, with over ten years of professional experience in both Australia and Europe. Mork is Swedish for dark, and the name speaks both to our shared history and our devotion to dark, pure chocolate.

Worth every penny for an expensive hot chocolate. I recently purchased their Mork Original Dark Hot Choc. The jar did cost I think in excess of $20 however evertytime I make this at home I am taken to another world. The 70% cocoa is beautiful and the packaging is rustic and I think it really depicts this beautiful product. I have been told even some cafes now stock this so will have to find who.
