An absolute disgrace of a business. I left my trousers with 1 of their agents to be dry cleaned, and upon collection there was a prominent hole in the front of the trousers, after making my complaint about the damage I was told in no uncertain terms it wasn't their problem. As far as they were concerned the damage was pre-existing, and nothing to do with the way they had handled my garment, no negotiation on this, and rude in response. I'll be telling the 450 colleagues in my business, avoid at all costs!!
GO ELSEWHERE!!!! When i came to collect my wedding gown i did not recognised the dress at all! I still do not know nor comprehend what have they done to it-for starters its yellow, with some strange water marks throughout the whole dress, holes, structured bow now is now , floppy, ugly and torn -this is just the beginning. The dress was very light and fluffy-now fabric is dull, heavy and limp. The dress was also re-designed! I am not kidding-the dress had creative stitching all over the skirt and was beautifully bunched up in front- they got all the stitches out and re-did some themselves! The marks on the train (why I brought the dress to be cleaned) is also still there... I cried for hours... They were not even apologetic - was angry with me, as if its my fault. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!
I left an item of clothing with this dry cleaners as it came to me recommended. They absolutley destroyed the garmet. When i called to speak to owner i got nothing but abuse down the phone. As a result the colleagues that avidly used this business have now boycotted it. AVOID.
