Mornington Dry Cleaners

Terrible communication about the cost to have a woman's leather jacket spot cleaned. We were verbally quoted $30-35. However the staff who processed the order processed a ticket (which we never received a copy of) for $94. I never would have agreed to that cost! Then upon collection by a family member they were made to pay the $94. On top of all of this the oil marks were not cleaned. I appreciate that not every mark can be removed from leather, but I am shocked that for $94 I have essentially received no improvement. I tried to discuss the predicament with the staff who works there, however refused to even discuss the possibility of meeting me in the middle. I offered to pay the $35 that I was originally quoted and accept that the marks cannot be removed but staff was unwilling to negotiate or refund any of the exorbitant cost.
