Recently I organised for my family to be collected at Tullamarine and driven home.
While the drive was polite and drove well, upon my daughters arrival at the international arrivals gate they politely, took their bags from their to wheel to the car. Almost immediately they managed to drop and break a 1litre bottle of duty free vodka that she had just purchased (it cost her $25 but will cost her $55 to replace it now). Not only did they refuse to compensate her for the bottle they also did not even apologise for breaking it. They actually said that It was an accident. I dont feel I should have to pay for it.
