Fiascoâ??s Steakhouse is in the heart of Woolloongabba and welcomes diners into the casual environment 7 days a week. The menu includes a range of sizzling steaks, seafood and vegetarian meals and a variety of tasty wood-fired pizzas. A childrenâ??s menu is also available. The restaurant is licensed with a bar and group bookings can be made. Lunchtime closes at 2:30pm and reopens at 5:30pm for dinner.
The restaurant here at the morrison is amazing. It's a great place for a seriously good steak. The cocktails including mocktails are epic. I have been in the bar for the live music too which was fun. The pictures are fun to look at around the walls too.
This is our go-to steakhouse, having very slightly outdone our previous favourites. Equally good steaks as some of the other best-known in Brisbane, but unlike some of the others, the sides are also fantastic & the mushroom sauce is the best we've found. It also helps for the designated driver that they have a small but delicious list of mocktails - the sweet and sour divine, better than most cocktails I've tried!
I was a little bit cautious entering this pub at first since it called itself a 'Naked Whisky Bar' but then I realised that it has this name because it is a whisky bar which sells a lot of whisky that you are supposed to drink naked (meaning that you don't mix it with anything, which is the way I like my whiskey). They certainly have a huge range to choose from, which means you need to know your whiskey (where as the only whiskey that I know, and love, is Glenfiddich). So, this isn't a place where you go and grab a Johnny Walker Red because that isn't the type of whiskey that they specialise in. For those who prefer their beer they also have some craft beers on tap (though if you are boring you can get the usual fare). I also noticed that they had a picture of Chloe on one of the walls, the same Chloe that you will find displayed prominently in the Young & Jackson in Melbourne.
